CLASS

Modular Training Courses

Cirrus has taken a modular approach to CLASS training, allowing delegates to focus on their particular areas of interest. Training courses are usually of a three-day duration and can be delivered either at the client’s site or at Cirrus’ office.

Expert Support Consultancy

This service is designed to provide a ‘guiding hand’ for first time or novice users of CLASS who find themselves in a situation where a rapid learning curve is required to respond to time critical project pressures.

Bespoke Webex Training

Cirrus designs and hosts company-dedicated training courses, tailored to meet the specific client requirement and using Webex net meeting technology.

Open Surgeries

We are running a series of open surgeries at regular intervals throughout the year. The purpose of these surgeries is for any of our customers who have valid support contracts to bring along the model that they are working on and for one of our CLASS team to give  one-to-one support and advice, free of charge.  There will be limited places available in each session and you will be able to book in advance with your account manager. For our non-UK customers, we will be setting up webex surgery sessions that you will be able to dial into.
